REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
In good faith, if Tui can not for some reason, make a clear connection with you in the first 10 minutes the reading will cease & a full refund will be issued. Should you book an hour and the reading completes within 30 minutes a credit note for international bookings or a refund for national bookings will be issued through a bank account with the remaining difference.
Alternatively, no refund will be given for readings once they have been received with the exception of the statement above. Should there need to be a cancellation then there must be a minimum of 48 hours notice given. We will kindly offer to reschedule, with a minimum of 48 hours notice, to a time that best suits your needs; any payments or deposits within this timeframe will not be refunded.
